Perfect

Clean , the staff are really helpful and available 24/7, I really enjoyed my staying their and the location is perfect nearby everything that you may need .

When i first came and wanted to check in their was 2 gates for the hovoh apartments and i waited for more that 30 min at the wrong gate , please inform us from the beginning at the correct gate to save our time .

Hovoh Service Apartment is wonderful, great location, clean room, and superb service. The staff is very nice and helpful, Allen the apartment manager, Miss Lv and Lion, their service is just beyong my expectation.

Wonderful

location is great, close to bugis junction and street , mrt bugis just one step away . room is clean , cozy , all equipment is new , morning breakfast can just go to back just cross the street to albert centre market and u can found food centre alot of local food choice even halal food also . location is 10 for me. as indonesian we need bidet, this hotel have it, nice.

noise from the street in the night . still can be improve . but stay few days make me use to it. still can sleep .

A good place for families

When traveling with family, we had everything in place: a laundry machine, a kitchen, a fridge, and a bathroom fully equipped and ready to be used. Nearby, we had a BUGIS street, a place to buy things, and a food court. The metro station was nearby, across the road. As a family, we wanted some downtime to relax and recharge after long days of exploring. This is where the apartment on secure.booking.com was at our expectations.

Wonderful, low frills place with great A/C near many shops, restaurants and public transportation

AC units worked really well Unit had tons of electrical outlets which we appreciated Lots of restaurants nearby, plus Bugis mall and an MRT station less than 5 minutes away Shower soap, shampoo and conditioner were all provided The provided water filter was super useful! Saved us from having to buy dozens of bottles of water Offered us a gift when we left but unfortunately we didn't have space to pack it Front desk staff is great and immediately helped us with an issue when requested Washer/dryer combo was great and the dryer function works exceptionally well compared to most washer/dryer units

Bathtub is extremely awkward to get into and out of; it's oddly high vs the floor Balcony doors don't lock; not a huge issue since it's on the 2nd floor and Singapore Unable to keep the blinds in the bedroom open without manual intervention Wifi is not ideal for travelers with many devices (smart speakers, wifi lights etc) because there's a fairly low limit on the amount of devices on one network compared to the number of travelers that need to use it. Each room does not get its own wifi network.

The best place Ive been to

If I can give more than 10 as rating i would, Very nice staff, friendly and generous. We have booked for one bed room,but they gave as 2 bed room with zero extra charge. They gave as free ride to sentosa resorts with one free night stay at Ora hotel. Big big thanks for Mr Warren Chew, the lady in the reception I think her name is Tina and lion.

Everything was how it should be and more.

Overall the stay was comfortable, location is a plus, the room size small for 3 guests

We liked the location and the friendliness of the staff.

The place was too small and did not have much moving space for 3 people and there were multiple steps that we found difficult with my daughter.
